1) Too much time on social media, gaming
Video games. A reality TV show, web show now a day very popular. Filling your face with too much food. Drinking too much. And the list goes on. Just take a serious look at your life. Where are the majority of your time it goes on? Is it leading to a better life? Is it laying the foundation for a bright future? If not, then you need to reevaluate your routine activities and make changes.
2) You are complaining a lot yourself.
I know many people that there is a common habit are always found is are constantly puzzled with life, Do you complain about your life, job, your boss, your salary, your neighbors or your spouse your parents? If you do, then you are making nothing but realizing negative energy on the mind. Negativity doesn’t change things. It keeps you stuck on one thing. So change your opinions and tell them about whats your value about your life. stop complaining and start doing
3) Not live without your mobile phone or social media–
It looks to me that the smarter our phones become, the more stupid we become.
For only a one week, make a short note write down correctly how many hours a day you waste by, texting, Facebook, Instagram, playing games like pub-g, commenting on social media.

If the number of hours shocks you… do something about it.
4) Not serious about of your body–
Don’t wait for a wake-up call from your body At that time it’s usually too late.
Your body requires healthy food, 8glass of water in a day but we usually don’t drink enough water in winter its not good for our health. Also need a quiet movement and good quality sleep at least 7-8 hours to stay healthy and vital.I know I’m not explaining you anything new you don’t know, but take a good look at your average week
make honestly note and analyze at the end of the week how well do you take care of your body.
5) Don’t leave your comfort zone.
I know its to easy to live in a comfort zone. When I go to a well-known pizza hurt or (CCD )cafe coffee day, I always order the same thing. Not because I’m worried to try something new, but because I like the food I usually order. It’s not a kind of your comfort zone
I am talking about. I’m speaking about taking a risk that will change your life or improve your life. And keep in mind, there is two risk- a “risk” and a “calculated risk.” Any risk has the chance to be dangerous, but a calculated risk is one in which you have shown all choices and thus grow up with a good, sensible plan of action.
